We ask that residents sign up for their personalized Tenant Portal. This portal allows residents to submit any routine property requests to us. We generally handle routine requests within 24-hours. If you experience a property emergency where resident safety or property is at risk, please contact us immediately.

At Indianola Management, we own the properties we rent, ensuring residents well-maintained units. We ask your help in keeping them that way. Please respect our properties and treat them as if they were your own. Please be a good neighbor and leave any common areas as they were found. If you know of someone who would make a good neighbor, we appreciate referrals.
